Our water heater went out unexpectedly over the weekend, and we contacted Sid of Tankless Pros AZ. He responded quickly and gave us a quote over the phone. We scheduled the installation for a tankless system the next day. The team arrived on time and explained the process. They cleaned up after the work and showed us how it worked. I called Tankless Pros on Monday. A sales rep was out that afternoon to bid on the job, and I had my new tankless water heater system installed that Friday. Their communication was excellent; they were professional, did an awesome and efficient job on the installation, AND hauled away our old tank. 10/10 would recommend!
